Our approach may involve a mix of facilitated workshops, collective training and development, consultancy and/or individual coaching to produce:

- Aligned systems, templates, processes and measurements
- Improved leadership behaviour
- Improved ability for leaders and their teams to ‘make it happen’.

We usually start by holding a workshop with senior leaders to introduce a range of leadership processes and tools, which are then used to develop a concrete outcome such as a strategic business plan – ‘the campaign plan’. This may be done from scratch or may involve integrating, simplifying and clarifying past work in this area.
Depending on how things develop and what is needed, we can continue to work with clients by:
- Cascading the leadership approach and strategic plan to other levels of leader
- Coaching the senior team through plan implementation
- Conducting leadership and management assessment and development programmes to build the internal ability to understand and execute business plans
- Consulting to align systems, processes and structure
- Providing on-going facilitation of problem resolution
- Providing a 1:1 coaching service for senior executives.
