ACE Conditions Audit And Top Team ACE Workshops
It is the responsibility of leaders to create the ACE conditions in which their people and their organization may be successful. We have broken down the ACE elements into smaller component parts to enable detailed understanding of ACE.
Your perception of the conditions that you have created or that you work in will probably not be the same as those people above or below you. If there is a perception gap, since perception is reality, you as a leader have a problem to solve. This model enables us to audit your 'ACE conditions' in order to define your actual organization development needs as felt and perceived by your people up, down and across the organization and to prioritise action.
Once set up, this audit may be repeated at intervals to track progress over time; a top team ACE audit workshop is also a vehicle for development of the top team itself.
