Richard Greene

Richard has had a successful career in the area of commerce and banking. He has also served:

He has particular specialist knowledge in people development in both Australia and Overseas. He has a strong banking background at executive management level in both the national and international scene. He has effectively combined people management with convincing business acumen. Both his qualifications and experience have enhanced his understanding and insight into organisational behaviour and this has lead to skills in the area of people assessment and development within organisations

Richard is a specialist in the behavioural assessment area with diverse skills as a qualitative evaluator, interviewer, coach, mentor and trainer. He has significant international experience as a Chief Manager with Westpac Banking Corporation, and has been on a number of missions with government ministers. Some of his key assessment consulting roles have been with clients that include Australia Post, National Australia Bank, United Nations Development Program, Work Cover, Coles-Myer, Fosters, and Victoria University of Technology Swinburne; ranging from team leader to General Manager level.

Richard is highly regarded as an interviewer and de-briefer, with both executive management and in graduate selection. He has developed particular expertise in:
