

Francine Brooks
Francine is an experienced facilitator of people
development, change management and business development
strategies, combining the creativity of marketing
and the reality of human resources to enhance
leadership skills and performance, working across
both public and private sectors.
Francine began her career in the civil service in HM Customs during which time she gained a foundation linking both the public and private sectors. Her ambition to work in marketing led to a move early in her career into Marketing Services where she ultimately reached the level of Deputy Managing Director of Agency before moving into Human Resources becoming People Development Director Europe, Middle East and Africa. In her various senior roles she attained consistent world class scores for leadership as measured by Gallup Q12.
Her focus has always been getting the best out of people and helping them to achieve their goals and so, building on the experience she gained during her 20 years in Marketing Services and HR, she started consulting with a focus on facilitating change and people development. Having spent several years in senior roles she realised that excellent facilitation skills, building on a foundation of respect for all, was a key factor in helping talented people to realise their potential at work.
Francine has facilitated projects such as leadership, team dynamics, culture and change management, idea generation, business planning, skills and campaign training and relationship marketing for a range of clients including BT, Carlson Marketing, COI, Dorothy Perkins, NHS, Plymouth City College, Shell Retail and SWRDA.
Francine has a degree in Sociology and Public Media from University of Leeds and is a qualified Facilitator, NLP Practitioner, Accelerated Learning Coach, Tetra Map® Facilitator and Language & Behaviour Profiler.
Francine lives and works on the edge of Dartmoor. She works with local youth groups facilitating learning on a voluntary basis and enjoys walking, reading and singing with a local music group.
