She was educated at Exeter University where she achieved a Distinction in her MA, specializing in communication and behaviours in training the trainer. This added to her previous experience as an actress, practitioner of the Alexander Technique, counselling and Transpersonal Psychology.

She is a founding partner and Director of ActorFactor which specialises in the synthesis of theatre skills and self-development techniques to create high impact training solutions. As such she is well positioned to work with us as both consultant and provider of trained actors for assessment centres and other executive development interventions.

Her passion is to walk the cliff tops of the world and to sing (by herself and with other people who keep her in tune). She has three wonderful children who teach her, every day, the art of flexibility and change.
