

Amanda Murray
Amanda works with multinational organizations to identify and review senior leadership talent and develop their vision, missions and strategic plans and their ability to deliver the plan. She helps strengthen the business impact of executive teams through group interaction and one-to-one coaching. Amanda has delivered assessment centres and training projects at global and regional levels with Jeremy Tozer since 1999, as well as managing Xerox’s logistics at three Olympic Games.
Her tenacity and passion for people have enabled her coaching CEO’s, Directors and Sales Managers from Fortune 500 companies in Asia, Australia, UK, USA and Europe. Her areas of specialisation are leadership, emotional intelligence, presentation, systems thinking, project management, change management, negotiation and sales.
Amanda is an exceptional motivator – having hosted her own national radio show in Australia, Cisco Systems Global Sales Conferences in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2006 and other international events. She was the keynote speaker for the 2004 Xerox Olympic Conference.
Amanda has a Masters degree and is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). She is a member of the International Coaches Federation and is currently studying for a Doctorate in Clinical Hypnosis.
Amanda engages with drive, energy and enthusiasm, to ensure that in all major areas of senior executive development she delivers not just a transfer of key business skills and knowledge, but also lasting and important behavioural change.
