Who We Are
CLOE is a unique partnership between Tozer Consulting Ltd and the University of Plymouth and was launched in May 2007.
CLOE supports the University's objective of engaging with the private, public and third sectors and has been created by bringing together Tozer Consulting’s internationally experienced 'blue chip company' management consultants and its processes, intellectual property and track-record of international success with masters degree level training accreditation and the research, technical and other resources of the University.
